does anybody count weekly calories instead of daily? ive been thinking of starting to count weekly instead.. so for example im allowed 8400 calories a week (averages 1200 a day).. which will allow me lee-way for each day without stressing. does this work?
can anybody share there experiences/thoughts of this?
obviously it wont be like oh ive ate 2000 calories today therefore im only allowed 400 tomorrow.. il just know i need to exercise more throughout the week.
thankyou xx

If you're consistent with your workouts you could spread those cals over the week so you're not as hungry on non-workout days.
For example - I burn at least 350 cals in my workouts Mon thru Thurs. That works out to 1400 for the week. Divide by 7 days and I add 200 cals a day to my allowance.
Just make sure your starting number is reasonable. Personally I think 1200 is too low. I'm currently at 1450.0
