Heres a workout ive just spotted on Tumblr.

`Get a pack of playing cards.
Spades=Pushups,Hearts=Crunches, Diamonds=Squats, Clubs=Jumping Jacks Jokers=2 mile run.
6 of Spades= 6 Pushups.
Split pack in half and go through both.
Burn 600 Calories! xD

    the army used to do this sort of thing. not sure if they still do, this was probably about 10 years ago.
