Hey.
my cross trainer distance is only recorded in strides. and i worked out today that one mile equals 2534 strides.
Ive just done a mile in one go for the first time and it took me approximately 24 minutes 40 seconds at a average speed of 68.
question one: ive lost my manuel and not sure what units 68 is? does anyone have any clue? and is this a good speed?
question two: ive read people complete a mile in say 15 minutes, im not overweight and find it hard to believe il ever be able to do this. any idea how i can train to complete this?
thankyou xx
