I watched "Forks Over Knives" the other day and am planning to try out a plant-based diet for a month in April. I cleansed my body of coffee (and most caffeine) along with artificial sweeteners back in October. I would love to do the same with processed foods? I think it'll be worth a shot! :)

Miracle by Lancôme. I get more compliments on it than any other perfume I've worn. :-)

You look great! I love Freya bras and didn't realize they sold bathing suits, too! I'll definitely be checking out that site. (I usually order my bras from herroom.com)

I took the generic Yaz, Ocella, for a couple months back in the Fall 2008. Not only did it turn me into a raging witch, but I also ended up in the ER for extreme anemia from blood loss. My second cycle on it was completely out of control with clots. I decided to ride out my rough cycles instead of bleeding to death and…

Excellent post! Bumping for future reference...

I also do low tiny pigtails for work (massage therapist) and exercise. When exercising, I also throw a soft headband on to keep my bangs out of my face.

Oh, yeah. My elbows - of all things - were killing for the first 3 days of Level 1. Odd. My knees are okay with it, but my neck is having a rough time with the jumping jacks. My chiro mentioned I need to make some type of modification. :-P

It seems to work for many as long as you keep at it everyday. I am on Level 2, Day 3. Sadly, I have gained 4 lbs BUT have lost in inches (my scale is giving me a complex). I was doing the Shred everyday but am changing it up this week and only doing it M/W/F along with cardio (walking/running 2 miles). I'm not upset about…

This, exactly. I would love to get down to even a DD/DDD but don't have high hopes.

Gorgeous! I can't wait to get my next one. I'd love one similar to yours in the first pic.

Willoughby now but born and raised in Ashtabula! :-)

I'm about to do day 5 as well and have the same issue. I really hope I can at least lose inches because the scale is showing a gain. :-(.

My thoughts exactly. I did it before they switched up the points system. I did well, but MFP is pretty much the same (minus point counting) and is free. :-)

I'll be doing day 4, level 1 today. I really like it so far and I can DEFINITELY feel it! My elbows, of all places, we're killing me for the first 2 days, but my overall soreness is starting to ease up a bit today. Bring it on, JM! :-)

Lol!

I was going to say tofu, too. It doesn't really have much flavor but tends to pick up the flavor of everything around it. It's usually really good in stirfries because of that. :-)

Definitely boobs.

Thanks! :-)

I'm definitely hoping a good weight loss will decrease my bra size, too. I'd love to go from a 36J (aching back) to a 34 DDD (awesome rack). :-)

I like my eyes. My husband would probably beg to differ and say my boobs. Lol!

I think I was about 215 when I delivered my second baby. Non-pregnant highest weight was 197 and that was in June 2008. I remember seeing that number on the scale and wanting to cry. I vowed then to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 140. I'm on my way... :-)

I'm finishing up the 10 minute trainer video and will be starting 30 day shred next week. I'm scared and excited all at once. :-)

I also LOVE kale! I've tried making the chips before but burned them and have yet to try again. When I'm pressed for time, I'll sautéed some kale in a little veggie broth, strain, and toss it in with my WW Smart Ones pasta meal. My only catch is that i have to sautée or juice my kale. I can't eat it raw. Too bitter for me.

Lol! Or you could give it to Shane and have him use it on you to whip you into tip-top shape. Whatever gets the job done is what I say. :-D

http://www.fitmed.com/polar/polar_m61_heart_rate_monitors.htm Do you have the chest strap to go with it?

I am on week 2, day 3 of TMT and honestly love it. I am following their program by stacking the videos to 30 mins/day in hopes of getting great results in the end. I wear my HRM watch and am pleasantly surprised at how many calories I burn in that 30 min (typically 290-320). :)

You are doing an amazing job with her - gorgeous! Kudos to you for caring enough to show show herthe healthy way of living. :-)

I have a pair of Merrells that I love! I can easily run outdoors with them, but they kill my knees on the treadmill. I also like to wear them to the gym when I'm using the machines and doing the elliptical.

I am a 36K and find myself wearing an old underwire bra under my Freya sports bra then another tight compression tank over that. It's a pain, but it seems to reduce the bounce. I'm hoping I'll lose some of my boobs as I lose weight.

We do them very similar to how flutterqueen does them. I think we got the recipe from a Hungry Girl book. :)
