Hey I snack between every meal so I don't get too hungry and binge.Almonds,fruit,popcorn,granola bars,there are a lot of options,tea is good too

Absolutely!First thing:soy butter,olive oil,coconut oil,or applesauce can all be used as butter substitutes!Much healthier,then add cinnamon and oats(like granola) to apple slices,maybe a little soy whip or light cool whip too!Let me know if you try it

Veggieburgers are very low calorie,no cholesterol,low sodium,high protein,high fiber.My favorites are Morningstar garden veggie (sold at burger king too),or Quorn naked chik cutlets.

This happened to me when I added running.I stretch after warm up,during running breaks,and after,and soak in epsom salt in a bath to help soreness.

How is everyone doing?I'm not liking the scales it's not moving,but I lost 2 1/2 inches!

Drink lots of water,eat more fiber and protein-it makes you feel full longer.

I agree about taking one day a week off,and don't push too hard all on one day-increase workouts slowly or you can seriously injure yourself.Stretch and try yoga too

First I would say drink more water,eat more protein and B-12(or take pills),make sure your getting enough iron,try guarana-or ginseng.Eating more protein and fiber will make you feel full longer and keep your energy level from crashing down.Have you tried the starbucks doubleshot drink,or mocha java?Give us updates and…

Whoo congrats everyone on the progress.It does depend on the type of shoe,style and brand on what size I am with shoes.I have noticed my feet went from wide to extra wide(really hard to find shoes for!!) so I'm really glad I've gone down and so have my feet.I have been running so I can comment on that-my feet do swell…
