  • and starting the transition to maintenance after one more weigh-in tomorrow morning. I'm a 41 year old woman and started April 26 of 2012 and have lost 135 pounds. I weighed 276.2 when I started and am currently at 140.8. My original goal was 150, but I was having such good luck, I decided to keep going. 135-140 (I expect…
  • Completely normal. I've even had this happen for a few weeks in a row (despite heavy exercise and rigorous calorie counting). It's often followed by a big loss (at least for me). I didn't really time the tennis ball stretches-I just did it until my feet felt a bit…
  • The two things that helped me most were always wearing slippers/shoes (never going barefoot unless in bed or shower) and rolling a tennis ball under my foot. I tried a lot of the other stretches, and they helped, but the symptoms pretty much stopped when I started using the tennis ball.
