  • I'm absolutely loving the double chocolate vitatop! They are spectacular! I eat one with one tablespoon of peanut butter before I work out every day! It feels like an indulgence but it's less than 100 calories, high fiber, high protein!
  • Thanks, everyone for all your replies! Sounds like two shorter workouts may not be such a bad idea. I'm still going to plan on working out all at once since that's what I have been doing, but I feel good knowing that it's okay to split them up if I need to! Thanks again, everyone!
