I'm a single Mom but my kids are a bit older... My days are like this up at 7 to get every moving, somedays earlier. Take them to camp, at work by 8 or 9. Work till 3 or 4. To be honest some days I do others not even close. I try to stagger my calories so I keep my metabolism guessing. I have heard if you consistantly eat the same and lose your body will adjust to that level. I don't know how true that is but it seems to work for me. I also don't let myself get hungry, makes me crabby.

I searched this online the other day... The answer I got was no. However, I use a HRM and when I workout outside my heartrate is higher and I personally burn more calories. Ok, so my net cals are at 377 today. I know this sounds unreasonable however, I simply could not fit any thing else. I did think about adding in a serving of peanut butter just to get something in. HI! Find something active you love to do or you have to do. I have a dog so even when I don't want to... I have to walk him. Also I got a gym membership and I hate to waste money!!! so I use it. I'm a single Mom so I know all about stress, I found my workouts help a bit.

Try taking glucosamine. I have heard that combined with Omegas work wonders. I need to do this myself because I can hear my knees grind when I do squats. Years of working on my feet. Also I would reduce trigger foods like tomatoes. There's a list on line some where. My sister has come leaps and bounds using these methods.

I have the Bodymedia fit and I love it! It tells me how MY body burns calories and doesn't rely on the basic data of a age, ht, wt, and so on. It does mesure how you sleep. I also have the one with the blue tooth so I can view my activity all day. I do wish it worked with MFP like the Fitbit though. I don't care for the…
