Yay! Good for you. I'm a bit twisted myself so I'm adding you now. I've been on for a while but I let myself slip, fall, yo yo my way back to doing this again. Good luck on this. I've got a bum knee so we can hobble together and keep us motivated.

There is also no magic number of reps or weight to use to keep you looking lean not tone. You WILL NOT see muscles until your body fat is lower. I'm sure that this has been said here already though.…

I wear a bra and sports bra... Sometimes 2. I love the fila brand sports bras I also buy them smaller. seems to keep me in place. I'm a 36D
