I have a friend that just posted about this. Apparetly fit bit is working to correct the problem. She's been having problems too and emailed them I think she said fixed by tomorrow?

I'd love to join. Never been part of a challenge here. I'm all about staying motivated.

OHHHH I love the Arc Trainer! My gym doesn't have one GRRR. It's been a few years since I used on though so no real advice. I would guess like everything else when you notice it get easy, go harder, go faster, and go heavier. Enjoy!

I'm 5'3 and I started out at 197. More than you're looking for I know but here's my 2 cents... I lost 46 pounds so far since April. I exercise 6 days a week and some days I work out harder than others. I eat anywhere from 1200-2000 calories. On metabolism boost days I eat pretty much what ever I want. I don't have those…

Thanks for the wonderful suggestions! I will be putting them all to use at some point!

I say just do it! I see people of all shapes and sizes at the gym. When I started I was 197 and on my 5'3" frame I was a bigger girl. I just did it. I get alot out of the gym I can't at home. I love the weights and you would be surprised how much that will change your body and quickly!

Good deed and a great reminder of where you started.

I love them all! I have a major sweet tooth and protien bar addiction. I really need a 12 step program. I eat like 3 or more a day. I'm busy so they help me get my cals and keep me from grabbing a snickers. My faves are Luna chocolate dipped coconut and zone Dark chocolate almond bars. My disclaimer is that I LOVE them…

I weigh almost everyday. I only record once a week. If I don't see a change or if it's under a pound I don't record it. I weigh daily to keep myself motivated. I know that just because I weigh xx on friday when I record it may flucuate and I find I get motivated if I weigh alot. The gains or losses don't bother me as I'm…
