I like a shallow V and I prefer to only see the very top of it on most guys (because they wear their pants in a proper place) but I absolutely love it on my husband and I get to see the whole thing! ;)

I just input all of my specific ingredients in MFP and got 490cal, 51g carbs, 8g fat, and 55g protein. Funny how it turned out so differently with what must be different brands. I do two measurements. I do the one at my natural waist which is ~2" above my belly button and I do one at my belly button.

I realized I never posted my own goal weight. It's around 145lbs, but really it's 20-22% BF. I don't want my BF to get too too low because I'm trying to make a baby right now :)

I find it tough to eat under 2k actually. To get over 4k all I need to do is eat some pizza, nachos, sugary desserts, and wings. That actually would probably get me well over 4k now that I think about it.

The most I've eaten in a day since I started tracking was just under 6,000 and that was Easter.

A bit of vanilla extract, frozen or fresh berries, any type of milk, bananas, molasses if you like it, salt, butter, sweet or savoury spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, dill, basil, etc). I have that problem too and I often chew gum to try not to eat. If I can't manage that then I cut up a cucumber into really thin slices and eat them individually in at least 2 bites and chew them thoroughly.

I've heard good things about vaginal weights. I even read an article one time about a woman who liked them so much she had something like 30lb ones made for herself! I don't think you'll want to go that crazy, but definitely give them a shot.

I'm afraid that I don't have any recipes for you, but my mom has a similar problem with those foods you listed. She suspects it's whatever they use to give it that smoked flavour. Do you have it happen with smoked chips and smoked BBQ sauces too?

My husband uses corn chips, I use cucumber slices, my friends use pitas, and my mother uses any vegetable at all.

I believe you are supposed to put the light exercise down because they calculate that as a part of the deficit (AKA you don't eat the exercise cals back).
