I've got it. I wear orthotics in all of my shoes except for heels and I'm good. I don't go barefoot or wear sandals. It does hurt after several hours on my feet but the orthotics are a godsend. I always eat my yolks! If a recipe calls for just whites (ex. meringue) then I toss my yolks in some boiling water and eat them with a dash of salt when they're done. Yummy! My favourite ways of eating eggs are: scrambled, fried, and hardboiled. I can't bear to let so much of the egg go to waste by dumping the yolk.

Great news! I'll be going 3x8 then and hopefully that helps me advance. Once I've outgrowth these dumbbells I'm hoping to be brave enough to go to a gym and use barbells for SL 5x5.

There are plenty of curvatious people who lift. Lifting does not make you not curvy. Low BF can make you a little less curvy, but low LBM and mid-range BF people often have very few curves (as in flat butt and boring thighs usually, depending on how they carry their weight). Yes, I think lunges would be good. Squats are great for legs too. If your knees have trouble with them I find that doing wide stance squats doesn't put as much pressure on them.
