  • I take several vitamins including a multi, calcium, D3, C, and others. It helps for me to only get liquid softgel or capsule versions (no hard tablets of anything unless no other option). Best I can tell, this seems to help in digestion and absorption. The only tablet I think I take is an enzyme because I like the brand.
  • Maybe you can find a compromise. I have a K-Cup coffee / hot drink machine. So, in the evenings, I can go with a relatively low calorie sweet drink such as Hot Apple Cider (80 calories) or Chai Latte (60 calories). Even two of them isn't too bad. Maybe even throw in a mini packet of chocolate chip cookies (130 calories).…
  • I tried taking some fiber supplements but I didn't tolerate them well. So instead, besides what fiber I can get into my diet, I take a super enzyme with my daily vitamins. That works pretty good for me.
