Haters gonna hate little mama. That's what i learned. If I'm having a protein drink or shoving 13 wings in my mouth. Someone will have something to say! Never fails. I workout to eat. JK but kinda true. Just brush it off and enjoy your ice cream. Less fat than a candy bar!

I haven't read the other post, but I'm pretty sure it's been said, first of it's not about "us" it's about you. It's your body, your journey. It'll be fantastic to have someone by your side supporting you, but reality is, that won't always be the case. You can't depend on someone else to motivate you. And perhaps once he…

I feel bad if I don't track. And even on the days I' know i'm going to go over (like a cheat day) I still try to keep under 2500 calories. So I need to track no matter.

Salsa...seriously, it's the best. Depending on what youre doing for cardio, but on the elliptical machine salsa.

I have an armband (bought it at target) doesn't move or shift when I lift. And I'm doing about an hour of weights. I've never had an easy, the material is meant to stay put. Honestly a lot of people at the gym use them. I also go trail running with mine and it holds still. Mine is for my Samsung S III. So it's bigger and…

I'm unfortunately going to repeat what a lot of people have already said. 1. insulated lunch bag. 2. Dollar stores are starting to carry a lot of produce. 3. become one with your ads and start hunting down best deals. 4. Avoid high carb food because they wont keep you full as long. Pack in that protein. It'll seem more…

Can't say that I've had this experience totally. But I do find that if I can't eat right after my workout i turn in to turbo b***h. Lot of people are saying low blood sugar which could in fact be the case. i have had melt downs when my blood sugar hit rock bottom. To the point I was sitting in the middle of the chip aisle…

OMG! I retrack my post! I want Tater To Casserole! It's been years since I've had it. For obvious reasons.

Medium pepperoni and pineapple pizza from Papa Johns with a side of wings and a pint of cookie dough ice cream....yeah...my inner fat kid knows how to party.

I'm not too worried about options on the strip, we are trying to avoid eating out for every meal. Which was why I was asking about keeping food in the room. HOWEVER! Knowing that MGM Food court is open till 4am is both the worst and best piece of info thus far! LOL :drinker:

I'm flying (not a drive I wanna do alone) I could easily get that stuff the night before and keep it on ice. Those are great ideas. Thank you.

Yeah, I had a feeling that was too good to be true about the fridge. I will defiantly take your suggestions. I don't see eating at too many restaurants or buffets but maybe a couple in the four days we're there. I'm not at all a gambler. I'm a lay by the pool maintain a decent buzz till it's time for the night life Vegas…

I know I shouldn't worry. All great suggestions! I will inquire about the fridge! I'm staying at the Monte Carlo, I would assume they would do that.

I drink one in the morning to jump start my metabolism. Another as a snack (never as a meal replacement) and then another after my workout because your muscles need protein for the recovery and it buys me time to cook my dinner/breakfast (depending on when I'm working out). And You shouldn't wait too long after a workout…

Forgetting a hair tie and when the cutie I've had a crush on for months now decides to do his shoulder shrugs behind me while I'm doing squats. Loose all focus and form. Awful.
-
I got that a lot! you're gonna look like "those women!" No I'm not. But thanks!
-
Agreed. No offense, but after looking at the pics I see no muscle tone. I assume these are old pictures?

@the_dizzle LOL! YES!!!! Bad @ss!

Log EVERYTHING you put in your mouth. Don't set a time frame of how long you will "diet" i.e. "I'm doing 1200 calories till I lose 20lbs" It's a lifestyle change. No keeps those unrealistic standards and ever more rarely do they keep the weight off. Focus on health the weight loss is a bonus. Be patient.

Cutting weights is the worst thing you could do. Having muscle will keep your metabolism going. Up your cardio and cut your carbs and up your protein. That'll rid the fat and keep your tone.
-
bahahahaha!!

1. It's genetics 2. It's ok to have some extra curves (quite true. 60lbs of extra curves however are no longer curves) 3. Slow metabolism

Fantastic answer!

Try eating a banana 1/2 hour before your workout. Some light yoga poses and 10 mins on a treadmill at a 3 mph and 15 incline will get your legs and hips nicely stretched out and warm. and water!! Tons and tons of water.
