This isn't for a flight, but in the hotel, I have actually got some of those zero cal noodles and a jar of sauce, rinse the noodles and nuke it ( had an extra bowl from the hotel breakfast area)... stick leftovers in the hotel fridge and it tastes BETTER the next day.

From my personal standpoint, I have HAD to watch what I eat due to Celiac Disease for over 10 years, and now I'm being careful and watching what I eat because I'm trying to be more fit and lose weight. Chocolate Covered Katie is AWESOME, try one of her dips (Snickerdoodle and cookie dough are 2 of my faves) Dates stuffed with walnuts or peanut butter Sugar Free pudding mix with Greek yogurt or I have also done with low fate cottage cheese. :flowerforyou:

I AM older and I love being able to see definition where there was none before, (it's not much NOW, but more than when I started). I like seeing the progress, as in lifting more than I did when I started. Finally: Ohh, it hurts SOOO good!!! :happy:

Get some veggies like carrots, celery, peppers etc and have them with hummus. YUM!
