What I think I have understood, which is different from what I knew previously, is that weight loss doesn't occur during the exercise itself, but instead occurs after exercise, during the rest period, when the body uses a combination of oxygen and fuel in the form of stored fat, to recover, repair, and replenish.

I use Miracle Whip, raw onion, raw celery, splash of vinegar, and thin-sliced lettuce. I also make it ahead to let the flavors meld together.

Thanks! I looked up the sphinx plank and that's the way for me to go. I saw a pair of those push-up bars today actually, and considered them for a few minutes, but passed them up. I may go back and get a set tomorrow to try out!

Date, meaning, for fun, yes. But date, meaning trying to find someone to be involved in a serious, committed relationship...probably not unless he was no younger than 4-5 years, and then only if you're both over 40.
