Building core strength; need advice
Due to DeQuervain's Syndrome (aka Blackberry Thumb) I can no longer bear weight on my wrist/thumb area to do planks. Are there any exercises that I can do to build core strength that would be as effective as planks? Would planks performed on my forearms still be effective?
