Want to hear from those who do water only exercises

I've done a bit of research trying to find out about calorie burning and water exercising. So far, I've learned that I can burn either up to 4 times more than land exercises..or...way less than land exercises. I've read too much and now I am not sure what to believe. So I want to hear from those who use only water exercise for calorie burning. Does it actually burn more calories or less, than land exercise?
