Have you ever noticed how many people obviously do NOT ask how they look before going out??? I not trying to be mean, but some people really need someone to tell them that something doesn't look right, like a 400lb person in spandex! Or stripes and plaids together!!! I have to agree. I love me some chinese food, mmm mmm mmmm so when I do have it, I don't go to buffets any more and only order chicken/broccoli and steamed rice. No eggroll, nothing fried. It's probably still pretty fattening but at least I don't eat anything fried and I'm getting some veggies. Memaw
