I have one but, they are just vegan. You would have to add protein powder to make protein pancakes. 1 cup flour 1 TB baking powder 1 TB agave syrup/maple syrup/ other sweetener 2 TB melted coconut oil 1 cup Almond Milk 1. Combine Dry 2. Combine Liquid 3. Mix Together and cook.

So I thought I'd post an update. I upped my calories from 1350 to 2200 exactly one week ago. 2200 is -15% my TDEE. I figured it would be better to do it all at once instead of in increments. I expected to gain this week but I was shocked when I got on the scale this morning and it showed I only gained 1 pound. I'm hoping…

I always do this at least the night before. It helps keep me on track. If I don't know ahead of time what I'm going to eat I'll have the tendency to overeat anything I can find.
