I just did Cardio 3 and OMG! this is quite of a workout for the insane! but I LOVE IT! I might stay a little longer on week 9 and 10 but it is so worth it!

I have start noticing about at the same time as you actually, so far I have lost 16 pounds and I can see that my body is changing and that my clothes are getting larger. But as for anybody around you don't mind this. Do it for you and only for you! Congrats for the 14 pounds! Keep up the good work!

Hello, I am also struggling with the weight lost. I am training 5 to 6 times a week and trying to eat the most correctly as possible and not only Am I not losing weight but I gain 1 1/2 pound... I am a little deceived by the none result that I get and not so sure what I should do anymore...
