  • My husband and I will go and get the order of sliders. It comes with three. He eats two of them, I eat one of them, and load up on the veggies.....1 slider is 270 calories, 5.3 grams of fat, 627 Sodium, 16 carbs. That way I get the taste I am craving, but I don't over do it!

  • I have recently been using salsa as a salad dressing. My husband makes me a bunch of homemade salsa at the beginning of the week, and I use it all week long....it doesn't have the MSG store bought ones do.......and it gets me extra veggies!

  • Chilled Fresh Corn Soup with King Crab...Got the recipe from the Cooking Light June 2012 magazine..... 2/3 cup of soup with 1/4 cup of crab meat= 115 Calories, 2g Fat, 10g protein, 16.2g Carb, 2.2g Fiber, 20mg Cholesterol, .7g iron, 383 mg sodium, 59mg calcium..... It looks so good, can't wait to try it!

  • String cheese with some slices of lunch meat homemade chicken salad made with cilantro, green onions, and plain fat free greek yogurt I eat the chicken salad on cucumber slices.....very filling.....It goes in my lunches at least 2-3 times per week!
