Acorn squash Macaroni and cheese, yummy!
We had grilled some boneless chicken breasts, I had an acorn squash that needed to be used so I made an acorn squash healthy macaroni and cheese, and steamed green beans with a piece of cooked bacon.......Total Yumminess.......... Weekend prep of food for work week.......

Leftover turkey low carb crepes....YUMMY!
For breakfast this morning I used a low carb crepe recipe I found and filled it with low fat spinach artichoke dip and turkey, and topped with avocado......Holy deliciousness.......YUMMMMY!

Big NSV FOR ME.....10k walk/jog
Today I completed the Veteran's Day 10K in Washington D.C. I went between jogging and walking the 10 K. I could of taken the easy way out and done the 2.5K Walking race, but I don't do small, I went BIG! Oh....my.....Goodness healthy Chicken pot pie!
Made a healthy chicken, Leek, carrot, potato pot pie for dinner tonight! It was delicious.
