hmmm...I'm not sure what the answer is. I know your weight can fluctuate 2-3 pounds from day to day so it's best to weigh yourself once a week.

No kidding. And b/c they sample everything here, it's so easy to just walk around and grab little bites of everything. I have not had anything today. There has been cheese, cake, shrimp, ribs, chicken, smoothies, frozen coffee drinks all to sample. And I have not had any!!! Woohoo!!

This is my favorite but it's not super healthy either. Slice it thin, pat with bread crumbs and pan fry in a little olive oil. Soooo good.

Holy crap. I can't believe how calorie loaded their food is. I knew it was bad but never realized it was that bad. We personally don't eat there b/c they don't have a kids menu. I don't log housework either. But I do log things such as going to the zoo and walking around (albeit slowly) for hours on end. i'm not sure if I would log what you are doing as exercise. That's a tough question. Especially b/c it's hard to determine just how much you are burning.

We belong to the YMCA b/c our girls go to the daycare there. So we get the gym fee waived (however we pay a ridiculous amount of $ to have them in that daycare...best one around!) If they weren't in that facility it would cost us $100 to join and $90 a month to be members just at the gym. Isn't that crazy?

This is a great idea!!! I had lunch at RT's yesterday. Got the Turkey Mini's and sub'd green beans for fries and my lunch was still 600+ cals. Way more than I like to use for lunch. I just may do this list. Thanks for the idea!!

Those are great plans!! I will not eat something simply "because it's there" which is my biggest problem at gatherings. I also won't eat something "because my husband or someone else did" (If they can eat it so can I mentality...)
