Hm, yeah wait I reckon you're right. Thigh gap is between the thighs when feet are together - not everyone can achieve one. And box gap is when you bend over, that little gap under the butt. Eh, whatever! I think the person who wrote it meant thigh gap.. ? I just wanted to share!

Yeah box gaps have been a bit of a craze for a while now.. :frown: I learnt on HERE a while ago that it has to do with bone structure ect, and thought I'd post this article to spread the word agaain!

Also make sure you're eating the right amount as well... minus 20% of your tdee ideally! And with cardio - some people do it, some don't. With stronglifts, you DON'T really have to cause its a HEAVY lifting program. Your muscles need time to recover between lifting days. If you do decide to do cardio, its only necessary…

soak oats in fruit juice, add a cut up a prune, some slivered almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg serve in the morning with some greek yoghurt and fruit (strawberries!) I used to do this all the time :love: awesome brekkie!
