I eat a Natural Peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread with a glass of almond/skim milk. I get the protein I need, but some energy, and a little bit of sweetness! I usually stay full til lunch time!

I would like to get in on this! Do you guys know how many calories are burned per video? I know it doesn't come up when I try to add it to my exercise.

You shoud talk to your doctors, since doctors know a buttload about nutrition. That's funny.

If you are interested in Nutrition, I would recommend getting your bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics. It's an awesome field to work in, and there are many options of where you can go with your degree. I have been in the field now for 4 years and it's fun, motivating and challenging!

You need to increase your intake to at least 1200 kcal/day. With you exercising twice/day, your calorie needs are increased. Also your protein sources aren't coming from the BEST choices either. Increase good proteins, such as low fat dairy's, lean meats, beans, nuts. Increasing vegetables and fruits will also help!

I gained 25 pounds during pregnancy, however I suffered from SEVERE preeclampsia and was unable to do much from 6 months on til delivery, then was on restrictions til' 6 months out. I am 5'4 and my goal weight is 135. I would love to be a size 6.

I'm 5'4, about 150 right now, goal weight is 135, but I'm not sure how that will go...I have a pretty big bone structure, haven't weighed 135 since middle school, lol, but I am definitely trying.

I'm a mom to a beautiful 5 month old boy, had a lot of complications during pregnancy (preeclampsia), so losing weight has been slow and frustrating! My goal is 135 pounds, have about 20 pounds to go! You can do it!

Friday's are my kinda relaxed days, so today I had 2 turkey sausage links, piece of whole wheat toast with sugar free jelly and a banana :-)

1. chews on his nails while watching t.v. or in church. 2. NEVER puts his clothes in the hamper. 3. Leaves the dishes in the sink to let them soak, (YEA RIGHT) He is an amazing husband, and he usually helps when I ask, lol.
