5'3 or 5'4 ladies. What is your goal weight?

I thought my goal was 115, but then when I accidentally got down to 110, I realized I was much happier with my body. So, that is why I'm on here again, to lose that 5 lbs I put on. I have really slim hips though, I am already a size zero in almost every store and can't fit into even 00 in stores that super vanity size like J. Crew. I have a large rib cage and chest though, and I hold weight on my middle, so that is what I am hoping to slim down.
This, but I am 105 now and switch big chest/small hips to big hips/small chest lol
I wish that was me!!! Every time I try on pants at the mall the people tell me I should try size 4, which is wayyy too big! I must look much much bigger because of my broad ribcage and low waist to hip ratio. I would love to be more pear shape, even if that meant actually gaining inches in my hips to balance things out.0 -
im 5'4 currently 210 pounds wearing a 16
gaol weight is 125 jean size 5 or 7 would be great0 -
I am 5'4 and right now my goal is 128. Will re-evaluate once I get down near my goal whether or not I will need to lose more or not. Not sure what pant size but 5-6 or lower.0

Personally, I think that your goal weight depends on a lot more than height. Some 5'4" girls look amazing, fit, and healthy at 130, others at 100. A big part of it has to do with your bone size, which I recommend finding out. Of course also depends on your stage in life, whether you have had kids ext. Personally, I am 5'6" and my goal weight is is 128 lb because I have fine bones, and even wayyy back when I was at 140, or 135 (gained since then) I still looked "chubby" besides being very active and having a lot of muscle mass. More important than weight I think it's just important to find a point that you feel comfortable with your body and that you think you look best at aside from a certain "number".0

I am 5"3 and about 137 pounds, I wear a size 6 jeans and a M top. My goal weight is 120 pounds, which I think will put me in size 4's (hopefully!!).
Any 120 pounders have any feedback on this?? Also would love to see pics of anyone 5"3 and 120 for some inspiration!!0 -
I am 5'2 and 112.8 pounds right now. My goal is 100 lbs!0

I would be so happy if i reached 123-130
I am 5,4 btw0 -
Im 5'3 and 120 lbs but i would like to be 115-1170

5'4 and goal is 145 (size 8 and solid) . I have been down to 138 in my adult life, but this is almost impossible for me to maintain (eating <1600 cals and exercising daily just to maintain). I averaged in the 150s even in high school. I would say I have a medium to large frame and decent muscle mass.0

I'm 5'4" and 54 years young! hmmmmm....maybe I should shoot for 154? lol
I will be 140 when I start maintenance for the rest of my life. I started MFP on November 1, 2012 at 216 and now weigh 208.8. My heaviest in one of my photos (overalls), I was 235. I currently wear a size 16 jeans. As I lose weight, I will take my clothes to the goodwill or salvation army (or toss!).
Peace, Linda0 -
Im 5'3 and my goal weight is 135. CW is 153 so I have a little ways to go.0

It was 140, but now I am thinking 130. Have no idea what my jean size will be. I am avoiding buying new clothes till I reach my goal, which is a problem now cause everything is getting huge on me0

I'm 5'4 and in the last 4 years I've been anywhere from 110 - 142 pounds. I'm currently 129, and I'd like to get down to around 120..0
-
I'm 5'3", and I look best around 125, so that's my goal (I was at 123, maintained at 126, and then got pregnant... so 125 will be my goal again after baby). I wore a size 6 most of the time, sometimes a 4, and sometimes an 8 depending on the brand.0

I am 5ft 3inch. My goal weight is 125. At one point in my life, i was 108..and I looked like a skeleton. at 125 i am a size 4-6.0

5'4, 98lbs.0

I'm just over 5ft 1 and am stuck around 130. I got down to 125 summer of 2011 and didn't stay there long. I have been
doing heavy lifting and hopefully am gaining some muscle so that's ok that I'm at 130 but I don't want to go higher!
But my jeans size is still 8/10 b/c I have wider hips/big butt...I'd like to be closer to a 6/8.0 -
5'4"
SW 165
CW 141
GW 125
I weighed 107 when I was about twenty three (I'm 43 now) and although I love the idea being that little, I just don't see it as realistic at this point in my life.
I'm currently wearing size sixes and eights. Many of the eights are getting a bit big.0 -
I am 5'4 and my goal weight is 135. I would love to be a size 6.0

I'm 5'4 and my goal is 125.... But really I just want to be fit and look great without clothes! Lol I have muscular legs and that's something I've just come to accept and even love. My Jean size now is 6, but I reckon it'll be 4 once I lose these pounds....0

I'm 5'3 and my goal weight is 130 possibly 125. I would like to see a size 5 jean again0

I am 5'4.
I started at 214 lbs in January. I am currently around 180 lbs (hard to say because my scale is weird and cheap, lol).
My goal weight is 160. But anything less would be awesome because I've never been under 165 in my adult life.
I am unsure of what size I wear right now, I think I'm around a 12 (all my 16 and 14 pants are loose).
I want to be a size 8 or less.
Pretty much the same... I started at 235lbs at the beginning of the year, I'm down to 184.5lbs. My goal is 160 but I'd be happy to get down to 145-150 (I won't go any lower though... I love my hourglass figure and want to keep it... and I've always had very muscular legs, even when I was a skinny middle school student.. It'd be cool to get down to a size 8 or 10 pants, but i'd be happy with size 10 :happy:0 -
110 but I have little bird bones. At 228.8 I had a 6 inch wrist. When I get closer to that weight I'll see if it's realistic. I used to weigh that at 25 and didn't look skinny at all.0

5'4 and currently 161 with goal of 130/size 10 and under.0
-
I'm 5'4 and my goal right now is 155 would love to be a size 10. I'm not really sure if I'll want to stop there once I achieve that goal but, for now it sounds great. And since I have NEVER been that weight since jr. high, I wouldn't know what weight I would need to be for a size 10 lol.0
-
150 but I have a very muscular frame, so I doubt I'd be able to get any lower than this without tremendous effort. Plus, I like a little meat on my bones0
-
I'm 5'4 and feel most comfortable at about 150. I'm not really sure a goal "jean" size since lady jeans suck and they just slap a number on there all willy-nilly. I've got about six different sizes in jeans, all that fit about the same.0
-
I'm 5'2.75" but my goal is 125lbs.0

I'm 5'3. At this height, you look great anywhere from 118 to 135. At 118 you're stick thin. Size 2. At 135, you're thin. Size 4.
I know this from past experience -- not the present!
Everyone carries their weight differently. I think the best way to determine what weight you look good at is to gauge as you lose weight. I am 5'3" and 108lbs, and I don't think I am stick thin sine I am pear shaped and have hips.
I agree with the person above. i started at 238 and im 183 as of today and im in a size 12 jeans. im 5'2 and my goal was 135. but i look smaller than i really am right now and if i go down to 135 i will look sick and like a bobblehead. so i am just going to keep going down until i am comfortable with how i carry the weight more so than what i am "supposed" to weigh. and as far as clothing i would be happy in a size 80 -
5'4"
127-130lb depending on the day
Size 4-6
Just a note: The scale has stopped moving, and it's even gone up (from 126 to 130), but I've lost an inch on my hips and on my waist. The scale is a lying *kitten*; take measurements!0
