5'3 or 5'4 ladies. What is your goal weight?

For 5"4' women, the BMI charts say that a health range ends at 145. I set my goal at 149 because it felt possible to me. I was originally aiming for 155 , but when I broke the 200 barrier, I adjusted down to 149. When I get there, I will see how I feel.
When I was in college, I was in the 130s. The last time I was below 120, I was in high school (ages 13-17). I think it's unreasonable for me to be back at that puberty weight because I've grown some Ta-Tas since then and my hips have widenend. I also have equally broad shoulders, which makes me an hour glass shape. Based on the wrist & elbow calculators, I'm at the top end of medium boned for frame size. My butt muscles are round rather than flat. So, with these great womanly assets, I doubt I would looks good at the low end of the prescribed BMI range. Besides, I doubt I could grow my hips back together to narrow them up. LOL!0 -
135. My inital goal was to be 145, since that's always where I seem to end up. But I've continued to lose a bit more even on maintenance. I fluctuate between 132-135 or so. I'm 5'3"0

I'm 5'3ish and I weight 130 my goal for now is 120 but it'd like to get to 110. I have a small frame and build, all of my weight goes to my stomach and butt ( never boobs). I was 110 before and was not stick thin but also did not have boobs or a curvy body.0

I think it also depends on your frame. I'm 5'4" but have a large frame (due to fingers not touching when wrapped around my wrist). I hope to get down to 140.. no idea what jean size that will be lol0

Get dunked/bodpod/whatever for an accurate BF% and use that as a baseline to set a goal. Then get retested at intervals to check your progress and reset/renew your goal.
Using weight is not a consistent or accurate representation of anything, and will vary over the short term due to hydration levels.0 -

My goal is set for 150. I have a larger frame and was a size 14pants and 12 skirts when I weighed that back in undergrad.

im 5'2 but my ideal weight is 95 pounds or 100 pounds. Im asian so i have a smaller frame. Im 110 pounds now i think. my arms, legs are big0

I am 5'4 currently I am 116 (size 4-6), but I was smaller at 120 when I was in shape and had muscle (I was a size 2). Don't forget (Hanson mentioned it as well) Frame size has a lot to do with it. Measure your wrist, between your hand and wrist bone, this will tell you your frame size. I don't remember off the top of my head I know under 6 is small I am sure you can look it up. I know it is what insurance companies use. My wrist is 5 &1/4 so I tend to look better at the lower end of my ideal weight...if you have larger bones you can carry more.0

I am 5'4" with a medium build. I definitely have a pretty round rib cape and sadly I don't have dainty shoulders.
I got serious with wanting to lose weight and get healthy in november.

GW: 125-140
Really depends how I feel and how I look when I get into the 140s whether I decide to keep losing or not0 -
In 5'4" and by best weight is about 54kg (110lbs? I don't work in lbs!) Which puts me in a jean size 8 UK. If I did weights at that weight I could gain but loose another dress size, maybe after the marathon I'll try for the size 6 jeans and the washboard abs0
