My favourite breakfast is blueberry protein pancakes.. It's super filling, full of protein and only 470 cal 1/2 cup wholemeal s/r flour 1/2 cup of milk of your choice 1 egg white 1 packet splenda 1 scoop of your favourite protein powder (I use vanilla) 1/2 cup blueberries Serve with sugar free maple syrup, yummo!

$0 for the gym as I don't go, I have looked into joining but the no frills a month is like 80 dollars (thats just to use the machines, no classes or plans). No thanks.. I work out at home. So far, for everything fitness related (clothes, shoes, equiptment) I would've paid about $300 - $400.

In the same boat as you. I see my fiance once a week at the most and in that time we spend the day/night together, it's hard to eat right. I usually just eat a smaller portion and log it and move on.

Hmm.. I get like that once a month and just cry for no reason. It's usually because I'm really hormonal (birth control), especially if I skip a month or two.

I notice if I have a low sugar day (I am always over sugar due to fruit) and cut out sweeteners I lose weight better.

FUEL YOUR BODY!!!!!!! :noway: If you are working out 5 days a week on 1200 calories your body is going to store fat not lose it. You also state you eat the same thing everyday, switch it up.

I started off in fast food at 15 and quit a year ago, now I am studying nursing and working part time at a supermarket. I worked too damn hard to get into uni to quit now! I wish you luck.
