This happens to me too. I think sometimes our body just needs a break once in a while. Also, are you on the pill? Because the week I go off it I lose around a kilo straight up.

I eat around 1300 - 1500 calories a day, also vegetarian. Occasional treats in the mix.

I have lost 40kg and have some too! Especially my stomach and my arms and a little on my thighs. Really disheartening to see it in the mirror some days! It also gets in the way sometimes when I am exercising and causes pain. I would really like to know other peoples answers because I am curious too.

Still feel somedays like I am 115kg... I still automatically shop for my old sizes then realize I'm not them anymore. I don't really feel ugly though, just still the same.

All I read was I ate 700 calories (and never go hungry? yeah right!)... Eat more girl! Rapidly losing weight is not the answer.

I'm in control of my choices I can feel bones for the first time I can run faster I have more energy I have bettered myself in other ways because of my weight loss More confidence Walking into a store knowing something will now fit me properly

I know dem feels... Every couple of months of so I buy new clothes and give my old ones to my sister or to charity... Costly but satisfying.

I limit myself with coffee and other drinks like coke zero/pepsi max during the week and on the weekend have as much as I want (weigh in Saturdays).. by next weekend it's gone and I don't have to stress about. Just a suggestion, works for me.
