If you are worried about water weight, the things that have helped me include: - Drinking ALOT (I mean alot) of water - Sweating it out - Avoiding high sodium foods and jelly (jelly makes me gain water weight) I lose my water weight whilst on my period too! I thought I was alone :laugh:

Exercise IS necessary everyday to maintain good health and rid of physical diseases, not just for weight loss.. but you can skip days. I know working out 3 times a week for an hour would do it, it varies on your time. Resting is also important too.

If you eat at TDEE-20% you don't eat back exercise calories... You are eating more to accomodate exercise based on your activity level.
