I took a month long one back in September as I was busy (2 hrs away from home on clinicals as a nursing student) and I gained 3kg at the end of it but easily went back to my routine and lost it in about 3 weeks. In saying that I wasn't really watching what I ate and just ate convenient foods. The break was nice though.

Yep, I get that comment all the time even before my goal weight. It's pretty annoying. There have been a few people question that I have an eating disorder because I pick healthier options and go out of my way to live healthier than them.

You're 55kg, I'd certainly be happy with that. Your BMI is healthy too and you seem pretty on top with your maintainence plans. I wouldn't lower your goal any further now, you'll barely have any fat to keep you warm :ohwell:

Agreed, it's uncomfortable.. the more weight you lose the worst it gets. Not that thats a bad thing really, just uncomfortable. Then they ask you for tips, like you cheated or something.

Hey, I've been vegetarian since childhood and know how you feel! If you like you can add me to look at my diary. I usually make stir fries, veggie slices, omlettes, fried rices, healthy pizzas and sandwiches.. etc.

Microwave meals? Sundays I prep food to freeze into portions... As I'm vegetarian I mainly cook zucchini slice, vegetarian lasagne or some kind of easy to prepare recipe.

Yep, I am. I'm 21, a full time nursing student and part time worker. As my study is full on, living out of home would require me to work more and I would potentially fail my courses. Plus I moved back home due to money worries and my mum had a stroke and needed care. I pay my way still, but not as much as I would have to…

Theyre cooling on the rack now! Look lovely. I sub'd ham for corn as I'm vegetarian. Added a little extra ricotta for flavour. Can't wait to try, having these for lunch with a bit of sweet chilli sauce! Thanks.
