dang girl you did your thinggg lol . how long were you workouts? im having trouble figuring out how many calories to burn , i usually burn 2000 but thats too much considering im only eating 1200 cal.

an hour of just dance burns up to 1000cal nd the biggest loser cardio max burns up to 500cal, walking for 1-2hrs 500cal , and i just mix and match em

just give it your all ! youll get there , TRUST me lol , well it took me like 2 weeks cus i kept cheating lol if i stuck to my regimen for like a week i wudd of been there no problem ! my regimen helps me lose 3-4lbs a week , which is good cus im trying to lose 30lbs by sept !! aka my 20th bday !!!
