I have no problem eating at maintenance for a few days before shark week. I even increase my carbs a little so I can reach maintenance. I have an unhealthy relationship with food, if I have to maintain for a few days, at least I'm not binging right?

I eat after I work out, that's when I eat most of my carbs actually. I make sure I eat light during the day with lots of protein so I can save some yummy goodness for when I get home from the gym. As long as I hit my macros :)

I limit my carbs to 100-150g a day. I love bagels, but I make sure I work for it.

I make a load of food on Sundays so I don't have to cook much during the week. I also keep a bowl of hard boiled eggs in the fridge, meat slices, pickles, pepperoni sticks, cheese, etc so I can "grab and go", the slow cooker is also my friend :) Pinterest has a ton of healthy recipe ideas.

Yep, I just texted my son (he's 11, and we watch wrestling all the time)...he's gutted too even though he didn't live during the Hulk vs Warrior era, he still enjoyed watching the old footage. RIP UW, you were such a great performer. Side note: his speech on RAW was creepy foreshadowing, gives me the willies.

I just found out i'm 5'5 lol I always thought I was 5'6, that extra inch meant a lot to me. But my goal weight is 140-150lbs. I've never been that tiny before, but I'm hoping that I'll have a good amount of muscle mass before I hit my goal weight.

I normally have veggies and a protein. I eat my protein packed breakfast a little late, so by the time lunch rolls around I'm not really hungry. I keep it light, and cook lots for supper. Today I'm having pepperoni sticks, radishes, and a fruit cup. I like leftovers too...
