YESSS!!! That's so inspiring. I had a bit of a panic moment yesterday when I was doing dumbbell squats. I only had 40lbs in dumbbells, but when I'd come out of my squat and push the dumbbells over my head, I'd lose balance. Makes me freaked out a little to use the squat rack. I eat before and after...I work out at night, so I'll have supper first. When I'm done busting my *kitten* at the gym, I'll come home and have eggs and toast or a smoothie.

I use MFP for my exercise log, and I'm still losing inches and weight. I don't eat all my exercise calories back though.

I'm on stage 2 of New Rules, but I don't eat paleo. I do "if it fits my macros" but low carb and high protein and fats.

I prefer hemp hearts too, although I have both. Hemp hearts have more protein and way less carbs. But I do use chia seeds when I want to switch my breakfast up. 1 cup almond milk 2tbsp chia seeds 1tsp vanilla extract 1tsp brown sugar Mix it, put it in the fridge over night, pudding in the morning :)

I love pinterest for bodyweight exercises. Also bodybuilding.com, google, youtube, a gym membership (my gym has a play place for kids) and then buy New Rules of Lifting.

I RRRAAAWWRRR'd deadlifting on Tuesday :) I was so stinkin' happy when I upped my weights. I also RRRAAWWRR'd when I was lifting next to a female body builder. She was so motivating and modest, I had to get those damn dumbbell's over my head and finish my reps lol

I go on Pinterest, pick out some super awesome meals, make a list and away I go. I'm lucky though, my family eats anything. I'm the one that has food allergies.

Yep, I'm a Chiver...so is my fiance, we look at the half naked women all the time. It doesn't bother me, I know he loves me and he thinks I'm super hot lol

Value Village, Goodwill, the Post, Salvation Army...that's where I get most of my work clothes. Also the sales rack at Ricki's because I'm not about to spend $90 on a blazer. I will wait until it goes on sale for $15.

There's no helping it when you do yoga, just make sure you're in the back corner. Especially if you eat supper before you go work out. There's nothing wrong with crop dusting! My suggestion though, don't do it right before you walk past an industrial sized fan, the treadmill users get super p!ssed off.

I agree with Jo, walk in with a plan of action and get 'er done. I'm so focused that apparently my fiance's cousin has seen me at the gym repeatedly and I have yet to notice. I'm on a mission, I don't have time to fart around. And don't forget your headphones!

I take a woman's formula multivitamin with 1 cup of almond milk, that usually blows me over for the day but I don't eat any form of dairy. Edited to Add: Shrimp is also really good for calcium intake.

i normally have a pepperoni stick and an apple. Always have a bottle full of water and a green tea too. If I'm hungry after that, I've weighed out almonds and stashed them in my desk. I also have antioxident halls and gum.
