Sorry, don't read the link...I was hoping it would be more scientific then trying to sell something...:blushing:

I have this issue on a regular basis. I always tell myself that it's not going to be as awesome as I'm hoping. That's why I buy the dessert gum from Juicy Fruit. And make sure the donuts aren't sitting on your desk (I have to move them into the kitchen)…

I love love love Almond Breeze...I use it in everything. I even use it to boost my calories and my calcium count.

I really like nerfitness too, and bodybuilding.com. Also New Rules of Lifting (I'm currently doing the women's version). There's tons of programs out there, I highly recommend you get one :)

Thanx for this :) and solidifying that empaths "can" exist. Now I'm going to feed the trolls. I do reiki...my "special talent" isn't being an empath, but cleanse energy and chakras through heat and meditation. I also invoke reiki when I meditate and do yoga. If it IS all in the mind, the mind is a very powerful thing :)

Never! As much as I just *****ed about my fiance, he has NEVER said anything derogetory about my weight. He doesn't joke about stupid stuff like that. Once he said "when you were chubby" and I told him instantly that he can't tell me how fat I used to be because it still hurts my feelings, and he hasn't done it again. It…

I take a women's formula multivitamin with 1 cup of almond milk.

I'm way better at squats than deadlifting...but I don't use the squat rack yet, I'm just doing dumbell squats right now. I also prefer lunges over squats lol. But I do all of it :ohwell:

nod and smile...and go in with a plan of action so you aren't wandering around looking lost. This isn't a competition, and they're just looking at you because you're a new face. Once you get through the first day, you'll be fine.

I tried posting pictures of my fur baby, and it took WAY to much effort lol so I'm going to enjoy all your pretty dogs :)

I chant too...:blushing: I constantly say "come on baby girl, you can do this...it's your mind giving up, not your body"

"Don't call it motivation, call it DETERMINATION" you are determined to drop the weight and increase your muscles, that way you aren't looking for outside stimulus/excuses. Also my yoga instruction always says "there is no judgement here" and that sticks with me constantly. Stop judging yourself because you can't deadlift…

I don't eat any form of dairy, so I take 1 multi-vitamin formulated for women, and 1 cup of almond milk (I like the sweetened version :ohwell: ) and that takes care of my calcium deficiency. Also shrimp is very high in calcium. Edit to add: Vitamin D and Magnesium are best to pair with calcium because they help aid in…

:blushing: I already have a p***y, I don't need another one...man up. I would never say this to my fiance. Or "you're a terrible father"...omg I might as well stab him in the heart with a letter opener.

I'm just going to throw my 2 bits in here...everyone has really awesome suggestions, and I highly recommend you try some of these things. But please, for all that is good in the world, try some relaxation therapy as well. When you have about 15 minutes of alone time, try downloading deep breathing exercises on your phone…

Thanx, pinned it to play with later ;)

I fall off the wagon...hard. Hence the reason it has taken me 3 years to get where I'm at, and it's barely out of the gate. I'm on the upswing right now, determined to go to the gym 4 days a week, eating properly, etc. But it's inevidable, I'll crash and stop going. I don't have any advice to give, but find something new…
