I created a "fun housecleaning game". Put each room on a card, along with a list of what needs to be done on each card. Each of you draws the same number of cards every Sunday and do what's on the card. Set a bottle of wine or a treat on the table to share when you are all done your cards.

i use 2 40lb dumbells, so 80lbs 3 sets of 10, down to the chest and straight up...my spotter makes sure my arms are correct form.

if you can't eat your calories, drink them...there are tons of recipies for awesome smoothies and shakes on the internet. throw some supplements in there and tada!

my calorie goal is higher in New Rules then on MFP so I split the difference, manually changed my macros to 40-30-30 and log as weight training (i also do cardio so i log that too)
