If you're carrying most of your weight in your stomach, google "apple shape"...and "cortisol", also when a person is stressed right out, they gain in their bellies, which causes a change in reaction to insulin. OR just bust your *kitten* and eat properly, it will eventually come off.

I have a gel seat, even though my *kitten* hurts like hell at first, after a few rides I'm ok. I don't know what kind of biking you're doing, I have a mountain bike and the gel seat works fine.

I read that people do cardio in between stages just to keep loose...I don't take the full week, I take maybe 3-4 days off and maintain my cardio and then plow into the next stage. Just give yourself a few days of recovery from weights and then go ahead.

haha glad you're a part of my support group! No i'm not cutting all carbs, i know that's stupid, but i need to cut back on them. especially when i'm bored and tired at work

I am way over my carb count...on a regular basis...and I love carbs. Thanx for the advice diemodemdie, and I do measure everything. I just want to know some alternatives to breads, pastas, rice, candy (candy is my weakness but it only happens once a month)

yeah, lunges blow! but keep telling yourself "this is for my *kitten*" that's what gets me through them...trust me, they may suck, but you get awesome results...just push through and prove to yourself how strong you really are.
