I would join the plethora of low carb groups on here to get tons of ideas. Also, it's going to be stressful, going from 200g to 50g is tough, but you're tougher. Be prepared for the "carb flu", where you feel really gross for about a week, but then you're fine. Read lots, prep lots, and I agree with the trial and error.

My body has certainly adjusted if I constantly drink 8+ glasses a day. But if I don't drink that much for a few days, I'm back to square 1.

I started body building, and honestly started yoga because i was so freakin' sore after lifting weights. Now I lift every other day, and yoga every other day, and my DOMS seemed to have calmed down. Some of the stretches feel so good lol It doesn't matter what you start with, they're both beneficial in their own respect.

exactly! I'm having a great discussion on my facebook page about this too...if you do what you did before, you're going to gain weight...if you truly change your lifestyle, than you're not going to gain it back. Seems pretty simple to me, but then again, I've never reached goal weight lol

Good plan, you'll notice a different kind of sore when you start weight training, but it's very motivational. Keep up the yoga no matter what though, it's not only good for your body but mind/spirit too :) Namaste

I fully admit I pack my fiance's lunch, or else he just won't eat. I pre-make a ton of wraps and freeze them so he just has to grab 2 on his way out the door, nuts, fruit, granola bars, green iced tea, dehydrated fruit, flax chips, costco has these dried snap peas that actually taste pretty good, trail mix, leftovers.

I do yoga, and I lift heavy...I like them both. But no, yoga isn't strength training. It definitely helps, I love the core movements and being stronger in yoga has helped me be stronger in the weight room, but you still need to deadlift and squat ;) yoga is perfect for the "in between" days, and to just let your stress go.…

I got my first "happy mother's day" from my best friend this year, only because she just had babies and realized "hey, Jill's a mom too". I also got a speech about how distant I've been, and how I don't have time for random hanging…

soak your feet in epsome salt and super hot water, and then put second skin or mole skin on them before you go walking again. I also like to wear 2 pairs of white socks to get extra cushion. Your feet will eventually callus, but until then you need to take care of them. DON'T POP THE BLISTERS!

lmao off, I "cut muffins" during yoga and pray that no one knows it's me Also, I watch tv when I'm on the elliptical. Either Jeopardy or the Blue Jays game. I will be found cheering loudly or answering the "questions" out loud and not realizing that everyone can hear me.
