w3d2 just completed, even in strong winds working against me, I'm finding this reasonably easy. I do very little cardio, just lift heavy weights often:wink: Anyone who is further into this program, does it feel more challenging or has your body adapted to each stage?

Just checking. I have a planned carb/higher calorie refeed day every 7-10days ; on my food diary I have the nutritional goals set to my lower most frequent days, so it will appear that I have gone over when in reality I haven't. Will that put me out the challenge?

A close friend had her gall bladder removed a fair few years ago, over the last year her digestive issues have been greatly reduced by talking bile salts and extra probiotics-especially kefir. Hope that helps some

I suggest you see a PT and /or get a good strength training book.( cant get to my books to recommend one right now) There are a vast amount of variations to most exercises, it is possibility that you will be able to get a good program together that doesn't hurt you.
