Not very original but as snacks I have coconut, nuts or nut butters(usually on celery) , cubes of meat and protein shakes Hope that helps

I've been taking my two boys and my friends dog for a walk along the beach every afternoon, the idea was an extra 15mins or so. Turned out to be 60-70mins :wink:

I use cos/romaine lettuce leaves instead of bread wraps. cauliflower is a great sub for rice, I just grate it then microwave. Also I use barenaked noodles and slim rice from holland and barratt. Both are very low carb sub(all fibre)

I didn't weigh on monday as I have a lot of water retention in my legs and hands so wouldn't be a true measurement so taking it as no change
