Hi,
It is a pleasure to be part of the MYFITNESSPAL community. I am a personal trainer, bodybuilder and future men's physique athlete. Last year I had a medical condition that made me gain over 40 pounds. I worked my way back to being fit, which took me about 12 weeks.
Found that this app will help me tracking my caloric intake since I am looking to participate in the men's physique division in November this year.
I came down from 252 pounds to my current weight 212 and my current goal is to take my BF% down to 7%, so I am not that worry about the scale but how I look in the mirror.
Regards,
LP

Hi, feel free to send a friend request
This app is great for tracking macros, I competed in masters figure just under two years ago, and hopefully will again in 2015.0
