I doubt I'll be losing any weight for the next couple of weeks. Started a harrowing gym routine - minimized cardio for now, and started heavy lifting and crossfit training.
My brain knows fitness and strength and stamina matter way more than the number on the scale. Despite that, I know I'm going to get stressed when the number goes up next week because of DOMS etc. etc. :ohwell:0 -
