Monday is my fattest day of the week and I was on an airplane for most of it this week.
I weighed in at 158.5.0 -
@Suncluster - Monday's tend to be my heaviest as well. It's like around Wednesday my body starts letting go of weight, and then come the weekend it creeps back up, not as high as the previous week, but still does until Monday morning. I'm not sure why other than it's a Monday.0

What a weird month. Weight loss is very slow as I have increased my running and my calories. I have been stuck at 158.5 for the past 2 Mondays but today I am at 156.3. Still going down...so I will take it!0 -

Today was a great day though... Should be back to 179 by tomorrow and shooting for a possible 177 by the end of the week . 2lbs loss this week will mean keeping to it!! We shall see!0 -
