Since I just started today I will count this as a "Monday"

I guess I should take some measurements tonight
Okay I rechecked my weight again and I'm down to 168!!!

Hi, I'm new to this group. I tried to stay connected/motivated when I first joined MFP by searching for online friends and inviting them. I have found that many/most have dropped off MFP in the last month or so...anyone else having this problem, too??
I'd like to keep in touch with people in this group. Maybe if you're interested you could reach out and send me a friend invite? I would so appreciate getting connected and having folks show up in my news feed. I find that it's more motivating, and it would remind me to check in with the group, too! Thanks in advance. I look forward to getting to know you guys better.
Btw, my weight today: 143.6 LBS (up almost a pound from 2 and half weeks ago. I've been losing my online support AND my weight loss mojo, apparently.) But today is a new day and I'm determined to get my motivation back!
