Please don't give up...the journey is never predictable...sometimes it takes a couple of weeks for the hard work to show up on the scale. It could be water weight...any number of things. I have to remind myself I didn't get this way in a week, I have to take it one week at a time. Continue to work your butt orr and eat right, it will pay off. And KUDOS to you to start making a difference for you, you are worth it!!!0 -
