ok.. time to stop playing.. fat your going down.. keep your head up guys weight fluctuates im up 4 pounds.. i eat healthy i exercise 6 days a week.. trust the process believe in yourself.. if you do the work and are diligent the numbers will fall in place.. not in your time, but your bodies time.

After losing six pounds in the first week, I decided to slow things down a little and give myself time to maintain. I maintained for one week, and then started back trying to lose two days ago. One pound down
I tend to lose weight very easily when I apply myself, but gain when I don't, lol. I don't want to do it too fast this time around.0 -

up .4 however, in the whole scheme of things, I'm ok with that. Being snowed in for 2 days and not able to get all my steps in was part of the issue. Overall, pleased with basically maintaining.
