Didn't weigh on monday, I have a lot of water retention, swollen legs and hands. Seemed pointless other than making me feel down to see the scales up!

I started keto a few months ago and love it, feel free to add me as a friend :-)

Thank you, this makes complete sense to me!

I've always needed a good 8 hours. since doing Keto I've not had more than 6, a few nights a week its been less than 4. Mentally I feel I need more, Physically my body is coping great. I'm still going to try to encourage myself to get more sleep, but not going to stress about it-see what happens, its early days.

Thanks for the replies, I do seem to be getting around 6 hours, maybe I just need to shift the hours I sleep. I have tons of energy, more than I've ever had; in fact I'm bouncing around all day everyday. Quite possibly I don't need as much as I used to need.

I'm definitely going to this , thank you for sharing

I'm new to this but my calories and macros are similar to yours. 1410kcals, 35p/10c/55f I hit my protein, usually over on fat and under on carbs. I'd see how you go and adjust if needed

I've had only 2 cycles on keto, both pms was bad, more cramps and heavier! I'm hoping they will settle down!

Its good to be noticed, whatever your age, marital status.Especially when you are working damned hard at improving yourself. Enjoy that feeling and hold on to it:wink: :blushing:

I've not tried Atkins bars but as others have said, In an emergency I go for a quest bar- I'm happy with macros and ingredients!

Everyone is different, so do what works for you:smile: I like a black coffee and then a tbsp of almond butter right off the spoon, that keeps me going until breakfast at 9am.

I understand the binge eating perspective. I find I need to eat enough to satisfy me earlier in the day, to lessen the chances of snacking and bingeing. The urge to binge is lots less since I eat this way. I know nothing about IF, I do better on 5-6 meals a day so I never go long periods without food. I am new to this but…

But look how amazing you have done since 13th Jan! You are doing great :flowerforyou:

Thank you, thought I was over complicating things, I'll continue with the nuts as I have been doing ....
