Thank you, at the moment I have it set at 10%c/ 55%f/35%p, although my carbs are usually around 7%(30g) and fats make up the difference.

All doing great :-) I don't track measurements, I'm more interested in bodyfat percentage 28th January 26.5% 14th February 24.7% down 1.8% I'd like to get back to approx 17%

I aim for 35% protein/ 10% carbs/55% fats. Its very individual, trial and error, I'm still learning and tweaking to find what is sustainable and works for my body.

I use them, either barenaked noodles or eat water slim rice. I use them to fill out meals when I'm super hungry and don't want to blow my calories, or if I just fancy rice or noodles. I find them useful and enjoy them.

It depends on your goals,and what you are used to. I do 5 heavy weight sessions and am doing the c25k program 3 times a week. I just make sure I don't run on a day I train legs. My energy and strength is good.
