Day 1 of week 4. I can't wait until this week is over b/c for 1 I am kind of getting bored w/ this dvd, and for 2 I have 1 more lb to loose to be in ONEderland. I might do 30ds again, or I might try extreme shed & shred again. Haven't decided.

Did day 3 week 3 yesterday. Taking a rest day today. I have 3 lbs that are hanging on. I need to lose those 3 to be in ONEderland. So I decided to give my body a rest and see if my muscles are holding water. My goal is to be under 200 by the end of January.

Oh that is fantastic. Huge congrats to you. Keep up the great work and you'll be there in know time. I am hoping to be in ONEderland SOON, and I can't wait. I will probably scream and wake my kids up when i see that under 200 #. I weigh in in the morning...lol

I did it for about 4 days and my knees couldn't handle it anymore. I am currently doing RI30. Good luck with it.

6 days of week one in the books, rest day tomorrow then on to week 2. Is anyone taking measurements? If so, how often? I think I will take pics after each week, and measurements after 2 weeks. Keep up the great everyone.

Just joined this group, I done d5 w1 this morning. I am loving this dvd so far. I did 30ds in Dec. and had great results. Hoping for the same with this one. Good luck to you all !!!!

Well I have seen that a lot of people were starting the 30ds, so i thought I would bump mine post back up so they can see that it does make a difference, and show before and after pics.

Good luck to you all. I completed 30ds the day after Christmas, and had great results( 8lbs & 16.5" gone). I am actually on day 3 first week of ripped in 30. Just stick with it, believe me it will pay off. Make sure you take before pics and measurements. YOU ALL CAN DO IT!!!!!!

So how close is everyone to entering ONEderland? I haven't weighed in this week due to TOM. Last I knew I had 7 lbs to go.

I do the JM workouts and my elliptical. I am with you I don't like to be cold. Hopefully by the time warmer weather gets here my legs will be strong enough to actually jog.

I completed 30ds Dec 26 with great results. I got Extreme Shed to Shred, I did it for about a week and it killed my knees. This morning I went back to 30ds level 1 just to workout until I find another dvd. I think I will get 6w6p or RI30. Good luck shredders, keep plugging along it is well worth it.
